When you need high torque and have limited space, the VERSA hydraulic torque wrench is the best value for money for both purchase and use among the hydraulic eye wrenches on the market. Proven for over 30 years, the “3-piece moving” drive is simple and non-blocking.
The VERSA hydraulic torque wrench consists of a frame including the cylinder that fits into cassettes with a female hexagonal recess directly to the size of the nuts. There are about ten cassettes (also called links) for each size of cylinder corresponding to a range of bolt sizes and therefore torques that the wrench can develop. The two parts are held together by a pin and the reaction takes place under the heel of the link, regardless of the direction of use: tightening or loosening.
VERSA wrenches are available in sizes from 22mm to 155mm and allow tightening from 200 to 49 000 N.m.
