HYTORC having equipped its pumps with four double acting outlets, you have the possibility even in renting to benefit from this method of parallel closing of the sealing flanges more generally called SIMULTORC. If you already have a HYTORC pump with four outlets and a hydraulic wrench, you only need to rent three additional wrenches and hose sets for the time of the critical operation to obtain an optimal tightening.
It is easy to understand that clamping with several tools at the same time allows for a better distribution of forces in the assembly and saves time compared to clamping with a single tool, but the money saving is less obvious at first glance.
Renting a SIMULTORC system allows you to solve this clamping improvement equation in terms of quality and productivity without embarking on an unusual investment for the targeted operation. For the most critical sealing flanges, you can calculate the cost of hot re-tightening in case of a leak, or the cost of extended maintenance time due to a failed test, or even worse, the cost of production downtime.
The cost of renting the SIMULTORC simultaneous clamping system has nothing to do with these costs related to leaks, so do not hesitate to turn to the HYTORC equipment rental for these particular cases.
SIMULTORC is the name of a four-tool simultaneous clamping method promoted by HYTORC with pumps pre-equipped for it but it is not a product in itself.
This means that a SIMULTORC system can be composed à la carte and that the rental of a SIMULTORC HYTORC is very flexible. It can be composed of several hydraulic wrenches with square drive and impact sockets or hydraulic eye wrenches, powered by a single electric hydraulic pump or pneumatic hydraulic pump.
HYTORC hydraulic wrenches can be equipped with bells, drivers or reaction plates for a bolted connection equipped with HYTORC Z Washers to further increase clamping quality and safety. This allows you to have high performance equipment at a lower cost to improve quality or solve recurring assembly problems.
