Nous contacterThe EDGE hydraulic torque wrench features a monobloc chassis ensuring strength and durability. The clamping force is created by a 700 bar double-acting cylinder which ensures push and reset cycles.
The EDGE hydraulic wrench incorporates a moving 3-piece mechanism as its drive system. It’s a simple system with few components and proven for double-acting wrenches that delivers good performance at an attractive price. It’s sufficient for one-off operations with reasonable cadences.
This hydraulic torque wrench is equipped with a sliding square conductor for rapid changeover from clamping to unclamping position. It is guided by a square recess in the gearwheel and its travel is limited so that it never escapes from the wrench. It is then held on the tightening or loosening side by the pin linking it to the bushing.
Hydraulic hoses being quite rigid, it’s important to leave mobility at the link with the EDGE hydraulic wrench thanks to the double swivel connection. The EDGE wrench is equipped with a hydraulic turret that allows 360° x 180° orientation to help the operator handle the tool with ease. As a result, hoses are less prone to damage from pinching or kinking, which become dangerous when pressurized repeatedly during tightening and loosening operations.
The EDGE hydraulic wrench features a 360° swivel reaction arm for support and the ability to develop torque. The adjustable reaction arm is held by an accessible, spring-mounted locking lever so you can reconfigure the arm quickly and always have the best fulcrum for both tightening and loosening.
