JETPRO 9.3 HYTORC HYDRAULIC PUMP WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR

The JETPRO 9.3 pump is the standard HYTORC model suitable for all applications and all hydraulic wrenches used alone or in simultaneous clamping. Its 230 V motor allows the use of all conventional electricity networks in France. With a flow rate of 9 L/min, the JETPRO 9.3 hydraulic pump allows you to work quickly and for a long time because it has a ventilated cooler to keep the oil at an operational temperature even during intensive use.

Equipped with 4 outlets, it will allow you to perform simultaneous tightening with several hydraulic wrenches on critical operations in terms of tightening quality or downtime. With the hoses and the 5m remote control your operators are free to position the keys correctly on the application without being hindered by the hydraulic unit. This electrically driven hydraulic pump has been around for many years and is known for its reliability even in heavy duty applications.

The JETPRO 9.3 is a three-stage hydraulic pump

While all HYTORC Hydraulic Wrenches deliver their maximum torque at 700 bar in the piston thrust phase, piston return is always at low pressure. The maximum flow at 70 bar value is therefore useful, as it will indicate how fast the wrenches are on the first cycles that don’t require much torque, and on the piston return phases, which between them account for the vast majority of hydraulic wrench operating time. But hydraulic technology means that the flow rate drops very quickly with increasing pressure and wrench speed is affected.

On the JETPRO 9.3 pump there are 3 hydraulic stages, which means that the drop in hydraulic pressure is not abrupt once the 80-100 bar threshold has been passed. There is an intermediate threshold at around 280-300 bar, below which the pump delivers a flow of over 2.3 L/min without dropping directly to around 0.9 L/min up to 700 bar. If the last push cycles to reach the pressure corresponding to the final tightening torque are slower, this represents only a small part of the overall operating time of the hydraulic pump e and the wrench, but the time saved by the intermediate stage is not negligible for production rates or large worksites.

The JETPRO 9.3 electric motor pump perfect for SIMULTORC Simultaneous Clamping

With its four-outlet Double Effect hydraulic directional control valve, the JETPRO 9.3 HYTORC pump is ready for SIMULTORC. Simply connect four wrenches to the pump, set the pressure and you’ve got even tightening on your bolted assembly. This means you don’t pinch the gasket when tightening sealing flanges, or maintain proper alignment when coupling rotating machinery. With four wrenches or even with just 2 already, time savings on tightening procedures are high by reducing the number of intermediate passes before applying the final tightening torque. If you own a hydraulic wrench and a JETPRO 9.3 pump for your regular needs, you have the option of renting three wrenches or just one to carry out critical operations punctually at lower cost.
