HYTORC offers LST (formerly BTM) lithium battery screwdrivers for rental, the ultimate in precision, intensive tightening operations, whether for torque tightening or torque and angle tightening.
The HYTORC electric screwdrivers are of course equipped with two speeds in order not to lose time in the approach and removal of the nuts or screws. The Torque mode offers you high precision for controlled tightening of your bolted assemblies.
The intuitive 3-button interface and dual control safety are two important elements to be able to entrust these rental cordless torque screwdrivers to operators without excessive training time while having a high level of anti-pinch safety.
Even when renting, the LST Lithium battery screwdrivers are delivered with two batteries for an optimal autonomy. The reaction splines of the electric screwdrivers allow tightening without reaction arms on applications equipped with HYTORC reaction washers or tensioning nuts.
The range of rental pneumatic screwdrivers is quite wide with three models offered. The JGUN DIGITAL pneumatic screwdriver, which can be connected directly to a source of compressed air and adjust the tightening torque in N.m, is available for hire for use without an adjustment chart, which is ideal on site.
Then you can also rent JGUN HYTORC torque screwdrivers in single and double speed versions according to your needs.
These JGUN screwdrivers must be used with a HYTORC Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) to regulate the pressure according to the chart supplied with the screwdriver and condition the air for optimal operation. JGUN screwdrivers are also available with a safety paddle to force the operator to position his hand at the back of the screwdriver and not risk pinching with the reaction arm. The HYTORC JGUN torque screwdrivers can be used without a reaction arm by replacing the conventional coaxial arm with a suitable driver bell for optimum safety in your work.
