In a concern of continuous improvement, HYTORC has developed the pneumatic torque screwdriver JGUN DIGITAL which revolutionizes the pneumatic screwdrivers with torque multiplier by integrating two major innovations directly on the torque screwdriver: the display of the torque in N.m on a control screen and the pressure regulator The pneumatic screwdriver JGUN DIGITAL becomes the most portable and mobile of the market because it can work directly connected to the compressed air network or a compressor without intermediate system.
The operator sets the torque directly in N.m and no longer needs to look for the torque-pressure correspondence chart of his tool to set it for his tightening operation. The JGUN DIGITAL range is available in square drive tools from 3/4″ to 1″1/2 for torques from 80 to 10 700 N.m.

Contact usBy placing the air regulator at the bottom of the handle in the form of a simple turning ring HYTORC has simplified the pneumatic tightening tool to perfection. Adjustment is made directly on the screwdriver, directly in N.m, and requires no intermediate accessory between your workshop’s compressed air network or your compressor and the JGUN DIGITAL pneumatic torque screwdriver. By eliminating the need for the FRL for JGUN DIGITAL screwdrivers, HYTORC greatly simplifies the use of pneumatic screwdrivers.
Generally any pneumatic torque screwdriver must be accompanied by a Filter Regulator Lubricator to condition the air that will feed the pneumatic motor and above all regulate torque. This external unit to be connected between the source and the screwdriver must filter impurities in the air, add the appropriate quantity of oil to lubricate the pneumatic motor for the compressed air treatment part. For the regulator part, you need to turn a knob to adjust the air pressure, which is indicated by either a digital or needle-type pressure gauge located on the FRL. To find out which setting to make, it’s essential to have the screwdriver’s correspondence chart, and not to have modified the air hose between the FRL and the screwdriver. And when you need to change the torque, you need to go back to the FRL to make the adjustment.
