In 2015, HYTORC released its first industrial dual-speed battery powered torque screwdriver with the Lithium BTM model. In 2019, here comes the second Lithium Series Two version that raises the bar with unparalleled perceived quality and additional features with the same 36V batteries.
The LST range of battery-powered torque screwdrivers is all-aluminium, with a sturdy chassis that’s ready for any job site. With torques ranging from 45 to over 6,700 N.m for 1/2″ to 1 1/2″ square conductors, tightening operations have never been easier or faster. The LST torque screwdriver is equipped with a dual control safety system that requires the trigger to be pressed and a button on the back to start simultaneously to avoid the risk of pinching the operator.

The 36V battery clips onto the base of the handle and features a charge indicator to let you know if you need to switch to the second battery before starting your tightening operation. There’s also an indicator on the torque screwdriver ‘s display to let you know if it’s necessary to replace the battery with the second one that comes with the screwdriver, which will have had time to charge while it was in use.

The charcoal-free motor is coupled to a torque sensor for enhanced precision, and drives a nickel-treated gearbox for maximum longevity. Featured on these LST torque screwdrivers is the coaxial reaction system with splines around the conducting square to use the standard reaction arm supplied with the screwdriver or all compatible reaction accessories.
With a range from 200 to 6,775 N.m the LST is the most versatile screwdriver enabling torque (and its variants) or tension tightening, with or without reaction arm, and all this completely autonomously with 36V batteries. In non-reaction arm mode, the dual control safety system is disengaged, eliminating the risk of pinching the operator. A Bluetooth or USB cable connection makes it easy to exchange data, and in particular to retrieve tightening data for traceability of every operation performed. The screwdriver configurations available through the menus are protected by several levels of access so as to leave everyone in control of their working perimeter without any risk of damaging deparameterization.
