HYTORC Hydraulic Counter Wrenches

HYTORC hydraulic wrenches are made up of two parts: the body with the hydraulic system and the interchangeable links. Links are available from 24 to 80mm on flats to cover the most common applications in the industry. They are held in place by a simple spring-loaded lever that allows the HYTORC counter key to be quickly reconfigured. The hydraulic part is based on the simple principle of a cylinder with a non-return valve that prevents the circulation of oil without operator action. A simple press on the lever controlling the valve instantly releases the oil compressed by the pressure created during tightening and allows the wrench to be removed easily to move on to the next bolt. No tools are required to operate the HYTORC hydraulic lock-wrench which is autonomous because it works in internal closed circuit. This hydraulic wrench comes with a safety handle to be screwed on the top or the side to promote a good and safe grip for the operator. It is available in a case when ordered with several links.
