We can calibrate your torque wrenches either in our laboratory near Bordeaux or directly at your place by moving the calibration bench to reduce the downtime of your torque tools.
Each calibration results in a dated and numbered certificate as well as a label with the same information on the controlled tool.

These instruments are used to check torque tools of all brands. These transducers are mounted on a solid steel bench with a shim system for the larger transducers that allows for support of the reaction arm of the driver square wrenches or the heel of the eye wrenches.
We also have a dynamic torque transducer to monitor the performance of torque screwdrivers whose operating inertia is not compatible with static transducers. The static sensors are connected to an electronic box with a touch screen which will record the measured data.
The dynamic sensor is directly connected to a computer for reading the measured values. The calibration of the instruments is also done every year to guarantee the conformity of the calibration bench.
Calibration procedures for hydraulic torque wrenches and screwdrivers consist of taking several torque readings at different stages of the tool’s capacity to verify their accuracy against the theoretical value and also to observe the repeatability of the value for each stage.
In order to reflect the performance of your tool after calibration, we deliver a new pressure-torque correspondence chart with the measured values.
