Contact usWheel tightening is a tightening of several screws or nuts spread out in a circle on the rim and the WheelGun torque wrench is dedicated to these operations taking into account the constraints inherent to this type of application. The problem with torque control tightening on rims is the difficulty of finding a suitable reaction point. Usually the reaction arm of the wrenches or screwdrivers comes to rest at the same height as the head of the screw or the nut to be tightened whether it is on another bolt nearby or against a fixed part. The problem encountered on vehicle wheels is that there is little space available at the same height as the screw heads to pass the heel of a conventional reaction arm. In addition to this, there is often the disadvantage that the screws are located quite deep in the rim, which makes access to the tool a little more difficult.
