HYTORC has expanded its range of battery powered torque screwdrivers with the LION 18V Lithium-ion battery. These lightweight, easy-to-handle screwdrivers are a simple way to accurately and repeatedly tighten to torque, replacing manual torque wrenches in a workshop for example.
The torque setting is very simple and intuitive by simply incrementing to the nearest N.m. on the rear LCD screen. The two battery powered LION torque screwdriver models cover a range of 34 to 949 N.m and are capable of working in both torque and angle modes for demanding applications.

Contact usThe LION 18V battery screwdriver has a frame with a carbonless motor and an ergonomic handle with an LCD display on the back. With a tightening / loosening selector, it is very simple to switch from one operation to another, and then everything else is set up with the three buttons under the screen. On the main screen, two buttons are dedicated to the incremental increase and decrease of the targeted torque thanks to two very simple pictograms.
Supplied with 2 lightweight, compact 18V batteries that clip under the handle for long working autonomy. The LION battery powered torque screwdriver comes in a case with charger, batteries, reaction arm and manual to start tightening quickly.
With these two LION battery powered torque screwdrivers, you have a lightweight and very affordable precision tightening tool that easily replaces traditional hand tools with a super fast grip. With a 1/2″ square drive and a torque starting at 34 N.m, the LION torque screwdriver is ideal for use in any maintenance or production shop for bolts that are usually difficult to tighten or loosen with hand tools from toolboxes.
